SMSC4SCHOOLS receives the name, position, email address and school address of the designated member of staff, upon application for an annual subscription.

This information enables the Thought for the Week ppt resource to be sent, via email, to the designated member of staff and for the invoice to be addressed to the individual at the school.

The information received from the designated member of the school staff subscribing to SMSC4SCHOOLS Thought for the Week is accessed by one person, the director of SMSC4SCHOOLS, Richard Brock. The information received is not shared.

The information received from the designated member of the school staff subscribing to SMSC4SCHOOLS Thought for the Week is stored securely on an electronic version of a spreadsheet. No paper copies are kept. This information is kept for the duration of the subscription. If the school does not renew their subscription, the information is deleted from the record of subscriptions spreadsheet.
